How long does shipping take?

All Magnet Mount packages are shipped from Los Angeles, California, and delivery times will vary based on your proximity to the city. Typical shipping windows are:

United States: 3-5 business days*

International shipping: 10-15 business days

*P.S. This doesn’t include the normal 24-48 hours of warehouse processing time.

*P.S.S Due to the high volume, our current warehouse processing time is 1-10 business days, depending on the item you ordered

My package is missing! What should I do!

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometime, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).

If your order has still not shown up please contact our support team so we can verify you used the correct address at checkout.

We also recommend contacting your local USPS and filing a claim with them!

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You should have received an order confirmation email or text message with your order information.

You can check on the status of your order at any time here.

You will receive an update email with your tracking information when our fulfilment center creates your label and begins packing your order.

Should I buy more than one?

Yes, most of our customers buy 2 or 3... One for each car, and one for their loved ones.

Also many of our customers buy up to 5 so they can use them all over the house. The kitchen, beside the bed, TV room, and even the washroom.

Plus, you can prop your phone up perfect on any table so you can watch Youtube, talk to your friends on Facetime, or anything else you want.

How fast is shipping?

Shipping takes 2-3 business days to leave facility, then another 2-3 days to arrive. Mostly it only takes 3-5 business days all together.

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Magnet Mount Luxury you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. (Returns must be un-used, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original box or a damaged item do not qualify for a refund. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping, but if your return is accepted you will be reimbursed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at %{email %> .

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
